Transforma provides an extraction corner ventilation system that is suitable for supporting the Laminar flow ventilation system or the split diffuser ventilation system provided in operation rooms with high hygienic standards and requirements.
The extraction corners consist of three main parts:
1- The extraction grills: Upper and lower extraction grills
2- The corner modular wall panel (to match the modular solution Transforma provides for Operation rooms): the panels are manufactured with high precision using Stainless Steel AISI 304 or Galvanized Steel ST02 with Zinc Z275 coating and chromate surface treatment with an antimicrobial powder coated surface finish resistant to living organisms and chemical substances; the panel is manufactured with factory cutouts suitable for accurate extraction grill insertion
3- The ventilation back-box: a sealed/closed- environment ventilation back-box for extraction grills and ducting connections
